In-app Transaction Support

To request transaction support through our mobile app, simply follow these steps below.

  • Open the app on your mobile device and sign-in to your account
  • Tap the menu options by clicking the Three Horizontal Lines on the top left
  • Select Transactions to see a list of your transactions
  • Tap on the Transaction ID you need help with to select it
  • At the very bottom of the transaction details, tap Get help with this transaction
  • Tap the New message button to let us know how we can help you resolve the issue
  • Fill out the Subject and Message input fields, then click Send button.

Upon completing the steps above, a support ticket will be initiated for you and a member from our support team, will review your support ticket and reply you in less than 24 hours.
